A ceremony for a couple to show all their family and friends how much in love they are!

• Initial meeting to get to know you both
• As many face to face meetings as required
• Unlimited email, text and phone contact
• All legal paperwork preparation and submission
• Planning your ceremony or working alongside you to assist you to plan and create your ceremony 
• Inclusion of a ritual if required
• A selection of readings, poems, verses, song lyrics for you to choose from or inclusion of words you have provided. I can also work with you to find just the right verse etc to include. 
• Your choice of music to be played during the ceremony
• PA system that will play your chosen music 
• Rehearsal at the venue preferably at the same time of day as your ceremony is scheduled for
• My arrival 60 minutes prior and departure 30 minutes after the ceremony so I can set up and pack up without disturbing the guests
• Delivery of your personally created ceremony 
• Wedding certificates will be beautifully completed and presented to you in a presentation folder after your ceremony 
• Presentation copy of ceremony
• Signing table, white cloth and chairs
• If required candle holders and candles to match for the signing table
• Additional signing table decorations for you to use during the ceremony only – lanterns, fairy lights
• Gift copy of a special book- The 5 Languages of Love - to all clients who book
• Application to Birth Deaths and Marriages for your official certificate
• Delivery of your official certificate to you - by post
• Travel to the ceremony and rehearsal up to 100 klm’s – greater travel may incur additional fees 
• Appropriate /coordinated attire to match your colour scheme and or theme
• An emergency celebrant kit containing safety pins, tissues etc. Just in case

A small wedding of about 20 guests

A simple ceremony  for the couple and their witnesses.  Including all the legal requirements and vows.

• An original copy of your birth certificate

• If previously married original evidence of termination of that marriage
• Dates of previous marriages
• Dates of birth of any children from previous marriages
• Both of your parents names in full
• Your mothers maiden name
• Both of your parents dates of birth
• Both of your parents place of birth
• Together we will complete the NOIM - Notice of Intended Marriage
• Your thoughts and ideas for your wedding
• Any questions you may want to ask.

To secure your chosen date and time I require a $200 non refundable deposit. This can be paid prior to or when we meet to complete the NOIM. Bank transfer is my preferred option for payment.

I am a member of The Australian Marriage Celebrants association and have a network of other celebrants I am in contact with.  If for any reason I am unable to carry out my role as your celebrant because of injury or illness I will work with you to find a suitable replacement that meets your needs.

If for any reason you are not happy with the service that I a providing for you please contact me in the first instance.  Sometimes misunderstandings can happen and I will endeavour to address any concerns you have.  If I am unable to  resolve your concerns or complaint then you must follow the three steps to making a complaint.

Your complaint must include: 

Your full name and contact details

The name of the celebrant involved

Full details of the complaint including the date and place of marriage date

Whether the complaint is also part of things like a report to the police or legal action.  

You must agree to the celebrant receiving your complaint. 

The Attorney-Generals Department  need your written agreement before they can work on your complaint. The celebrant will be given all the documents you provide in support of your complaint.
